Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about our services, session structure, and how we work.
What services does Ethos Physical Therapy offer?
Physical Therapy for active adults dealing with pain or injury, Performance Training for those looking to train with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and Wellness for ongoing maintenance and tissue health. Each is delivered one-on-one, 60 minutes per session, with the same clinician from start to finish.
Do you accept insurance?
Ethos PT is a cash-based, self-pay clinic. We do not bill insurance directly. As a courtesy, we submit out-of-network claims through Reimbursify at no cost to you, so patients with OON PT benefits can pursue reimbursement on their own. HSA and FSA are also accepted.
How is Ethos PT different from a traditional PT clinic?
At most clinics, you share a PT with multiple patients, work with aides, and get bounced between exercises with minimal hands-on time. At Ethos, every session is one-on-one, 60 minutes, with a DPT and Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. No aides. No techs. Undivided attention from the first visit to the last.
What is Performance Training and who is it for?
Performance Training is clinician-guided fitness programming run by a DPT — not a general personal trainer. It is for active adults who want to improve strength and physique, and for youth athletes looking for structured training with a licensed clinician. Your first session includes a full movement screen and goal-setting conversation.
What is Wellness, and do I need an injury to sign up?
Wellness is a maintenance model for people who want to stay ahead of problems — not manage them. Sessions include hands-on tissue work: soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, and cupping. No active injury needed. Many clients come monthly to keep their body moving well and prevent flare-ups before they happen.
