As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a Board-Certified Clinical Specialization in Orthopedics I am able to treat all musculoskeletal conditions from head to toe. Some of these include:
Neck Pain, Headaches, Lower Back Pain, Bulging or Herniated Discs, Shoulder Pain, Elbow and Wrist Pain, Hip Pain, Knee Pain, Ankle and Foot Pain, Tendon Injuries, Muscle Strains, Post Surgical Conditions and many more.
This is not your typical physical therapy clinic. You will not be doing low level exercises in a corner on your own while a PT treats 3 other people in the same hour. You will receive 100% of my attention 100% of the time. Be prepared to move and get better.
I typically start our sessions with a manual based approach. That means I'll use an array of techniques like soft tissue massage, cupping, joint mobilization or whatever I see fit to diminish your pain and restore proper movement. THEN, it is time for the fun stuff. We will use corrective exercises to optimize your movement and then over time start to truly build back your strength and performance until you're at 110%!

About 10 months ago, I tore my ACL and embarked into my recovery alongside John.
A good physical therapist is an effective communicator and John not only made me feel strong and comfortable pre-surgery but also helped me through the post recovery phase with a steady and effective pace. He explained to me what I would need to do in order to make progress consistently. The best part is how he is a good listener and understands my needs and the barriers that may be hindering progress. I am now fully recovered but still attend sessions at Ethos as we work on other areas that compliment by strong knee. I would highly recommend his services and also any other fitness sessions he may be coordinating at this facility.
